Locatia excelenta (stradutele sunt sigure, animate ziua, cu supermarket aproape, restaurante si pub-uri aproape, punctele turistice sunt atat de aproape incat se poate merge pe jos de la locatie, metroul este aproape), paturile confortabile, bucataria are tot ce trebuie pentru o familie de 4 persoane (pahare, servetele, cani, plita, tigai, farfurii, cutite, tacamuri, espresor + cafea, sare, detergent de vale, detergent pt masina de spalat rufe etc), utilitatile sunt suficiente si functionale (prosoapele sunt curate, gelul de dus si sapunul lichid e suficient), este curatenie, dusul si apa au presiune iar apa calda vine repede. Ne-a placut si, daca vom mai ajunge in Barcelona si va fi disponibila cazarea, cu siguranta vom alege aceeasi locatie.
Nu este bine izolat fonic si se mai aud zgomote din strada/hol, dar nu a fost atat de deranjant incat sa nu nu ne odihnim sau acest lucru sa ne faca sa nu revenim.

Coffee maker used an odd sized pod which made it hard to buy more.
