It's very close within walkable distance to Palais and all the restaurants, train station, etc. I liked the reversible air conditioner and used heater due to cold weather throughout the stay. Good for two people and has a little garden outside though I didn't had time to have coffee over there.
Sofa cum bed could be more comfortable but it was still nice. A wiper in the bathroom and a holder to put soap, shampoo, etc. would be great. Something to hang the towel would make bathing perfect.

Love the location, we planned to visit many cities near the south, so being near the train station was perfect! Also the center is just right there and the beach is closer too, we enjoyed the place a lot. We will definitely come back.
