Luxurious flat in the heart of Cannes

nice comfortable location for the Festival, 10 minutes by foot to Palais

on the day of arrival, we found the apartment very messy, there was dust and construction dirt all over the apartment. after contacting the host, a cleaner was sent, but the apartment was cleaned only in the evening, so the check-in experience was awful. also, during the festival, we paid a lot for the apartment and expected the appropriate service, but we didn't get it. when reserving the apartment, the number of guests was specified, but bed linen was not prepared for one sofa, we had to wait for it to be brought separately. also, the agency did not provide separate blankets, and colleagues had to share the same blanket. would be great if the agency could improve the services.
