موقع مطل على مدينة باتومي والبحر فيه طبيعة جميلة وفيه أشجار فاكهة متنوعة توفر جميع وسائل الراحة من تكييف وركن طبخ مكتمل الادوات غسالة ملابس تماتيك واي فاي ركن شواء القائمين عليه بقمة اللطافة ويسعون لخدمة النزيل وراحته ويقدمون ضيافة خاشبوري أول يوم للعميل توفر موقف للسيارة انعزال الموقع عن الإزعاج والضجيج .
