The reception was good, the water was hot all the time.
The bed was not so comfortable, most of the furnitures needs to be replaced, the bathroom door wasn’t working properly, the mirror in the toilet was not in a good condition.

The hot shower.
No allocated parking. Ongoing car rearrangement. Broken cupboards outside the apartment. Sliding door and a security gate. If the room needed to be cleaned, the security gate was not to be locked, the cleaner locked it afterwards. Not the safest. There was no safe.
Entrance to the room was a squeeze between the bed and the noisy little fridge, which needed to be switched off to enable sleep. A ten liter of bottle of questionable drinking murky water.
There is no reception, no bell at the gate. A yell or a hooter is required.
