Comfy spacious apartment

It's quite place and clean. Friendly staff members with care

Nothing

The room was well cleaned & comfortable. Everything was absolutely exceptional.

Nothing at all

Someone was at the property to welcome us. The level of noise, cleanliness, close to all amenities, spacious, comfortable like our own home.

The shower drain was not working properly.

The cleaner was friendly and helpful The bed was comfortable I enjoyed the shower as well

The surroundings were so dirty Walking up the stairs there was so much litter The floor is a turn off as you enter (so dull it looks dirty; I think if polished it'll look much better) Its a struggle to use the key of the security gate of the room (sometimes it turns; sometimes it doesn't which can delay you if you need to be somewhere at a specific time) There's an option to tick for free parking when you book, just to be told on the day of checking in that they don't have parking but you can arrange with the security (if it's available; and this is at R100 for the night!)
