The house is fully furnished and almost everything we could need is already there! Quiet and peaceful. Almost in the middle of TRNC. Has a lovely cafe. Owner never disturbed us, just texted one or two times.
Not not liking but just as a recommendation, I would like to have more firm and thick pillows and maybe warmer blankets. But only because we stayed during winter.

After checking in I was pleasantly surprised by the modern amenities. Rooms are not very spacious but good for a short stay. Pool is nice.
The complex is still being built. The cafe at the entrance is so-so. You have to go by car to the beach.

Appartamento molto carino, perfettamente equipaggiato con tutto il necessario, in zona molto tranquilla e comoda per la vicinissima spiaggia di Esentepe e per Alagadi beach a 15 minuti di auto.
