Location and the views
No iron or ironing board. Bathroom shower tray mouldy. kitchen work falling apart. No tea towels. Balcony drain blocked which caused flooding when it rained. Some of the furniture needs attending, before they give way completely.

Wunderschönes Penthouse-Apartment in Bogaz auf Nordzypern. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der traumhafte Ausblick – morgens der Blick aufs Meer und die ruhige Atmosphäre waren einfach einzigartig. Das Apartment war modern, angenehm und perfekt zum Entspannen. Eine tolle Location, um die Schönheit Nordzyperns zu genießen. Gerne wieder!
Der Fitnessbereich wirkt leider veraltet. Viele Geräte sind alt und teilweise stark abgenutzt. Im Vergleich zu anderen Residenzen in der Umgebung macht das Fitnessstudio insgesamt keinen besonders gepflegten Eindruck.

Elektrik ara ara bazı odalarda banyo yatakodası gidiyordu(klima vs yakmadığımız halde) , kaçak akım rölesi devreye giriyordu zaman zaman bu durum bizi kaygılandırdı

La vue, l’emplacement, le supermarché à proximité, le complexe est moderne et bien entretenu. Le logement est bien équipé et l’intérieur est propre. la climatisation est efficace.
Le rideau n’occulte absolument pas la lumière les matins, on est donc réveillés très tôt dès le lever du soleil. L’isolation sonore est mauvaise, la porte-fenêtre ne verrouille pas. Il est donc compliqué de se reposer, le lit est peu confortable. Le balcon est étroit et sale.
