Konumu iyi, ev ve eşyalar (havlu, çarşaf, bardak…) temizdi, ev sahibi teyze çok tatlı ve yardımseverdi, ikramları tatlıydı.

Duş suyu soğuktu, modem değişmesine rağmen internete bağlanamadık

Fiest of all the hosts waited for me outside which I thought was nice in case mobile doesn’t work or you can’t contact them they waited me. Then I had all the little house and garden for myself and lastly the little VILLAGE CAMPING BAR CLOSE TO THE BEACH IS CHARMING. You can go for a swim either in a small beach outside or the big beach with everyone.

everything good honestly. just if they had a washing machine that would be perfect.

The rental property is a pleasant rustic style apartment on the lower level of a 2 story home (there is one more single floor house about 15 meters down from the main 2 storey house, where on the bottom floor is Villa Asimidou) it is situated on a lower end of steep hill. The house location is 5 minutes walk by foot to the beach, The garden in front of the apartment front door is beautiful, the front view is toward the olive grove down hill and sea(the sea is barely visible), on the front porch are available benches and a table. The parking is situated in between the lower situated single floor house and the front garden of Villa Asimidou, the parking spot is suitable for up to a medium size sedan, but not quite so for a Large SUV or a Truck. The Kitchen and living room are one open area, a fridge and top freezer combo along with full kitchen stove are provided, there is no dining room table and no chairs, only a coffee table and 2 sofas are available, everything else kitchen/cooking wise is provided. The Bathroom has built in concrete shower stall on the floor lined with ceramic tiles with a shower curtain, everything else including a washing machine is located in the bathroom. Bedroom 1 and 2 are as described, they are small size and correspond to the single room of the economy class hotel chain Microtel Hotels, the furniture is of the same quality and is made of particle board/MDF.

For improvement of the overall Business operation, and a better customer satisfaction. The property is located on the main narrow street leading to the the beach( there are no emergency lanes on that street, parking on either side of the road blocks one lane).A small barely visible sign Villa Asimidi is on the right hand side on the the entrance of driveway, it is visible only from the east. It is very easy to pass by property sign, without seeing it, A larger sign on the street, more visible from both directions of the street traffic will help the customers locate the property. Villa Asemidou is located on the bottom floor of the house located on the left hand side of the driveway when going to the parking lot in front of the detached house at the bottom. The lower floor apartment facing the small garden with old Olive tree is Villa Asimidou , a sign for Villa Asimidou will help the customers locate the property easier. The kitchen has a small spot on the wall on the right end,above the kitchen plot that needs plastering and painting. Instructions on where is the power switch for the hot water boiler which is located in the bathroom, there was no hot water and we could not located the power switch to turn it on. The Bedroom with one queen size bed, needs an extension cord so you can plug in both night stand lights, only one of them can be used in the current configuration, it plugged to the wall outlet. The bed frame needs attention, and the mattress needs replacement with pocketed coils or latex one, the current mattress is an innerspring mattress without cushioning. The wardrobe and the end of bed frame on right hand side blocks you from exiting there is 8 inch space between them, it is a tripping hazard. The second bedroom needs the left curtain holder securely reattached to the wall. A leaflet left on the table with instructions on how operate, connect the internet router, password and TV, including local places to visit, dine and shop will be beneficial.
