Classbnb-Elegant apartment near the city center

Хорошая локация объекта , недалеко от культурного центра . Просторные апартаменты. Не обращала внимание на трамвай и шумных соседей

Постельное белье было не свежим и не работал интернет большую часть времени, что мы там находились , сильно выручала сим-карта местного оператора . Так же сломана кнопка слива в санузле .

This apartment is in a great location and is bright and sunny. The rooms are spacious and clean and there is plenty of storage. The surrounding apartments are quiet and there is a tram stop right outside. The living room is lovely and sunny in the morning and is a great space to sit and have a coffee whilst planning the day. There are great supermarkets nearby and we found a lovely coffee shop and local market on the Saturday.

The instructions to get into the apartment were confusing and requests for clarification weren't particularly helpful. We could only contact the agent via WhatsApp and replies weren't particularly timely. There was only one fork in the cutlery drawer. We had booked an apartment as we wanted to eat in for some of the time and, despite lots of requests for someone to sort this out, we only ever got a heart emoji on our messages and, when someone did call, they promised to sort it and never did. There were no tea towels so we had to use a towel from the bathroom to dry stuff in the kitchen. The kitchen and the lack of response to our requests were the most disappointing aspects of the booking.
