Beautiful but noisy due to building works next door
balcony and proximity to train station and main part of the town
Due to torrential rain and thunder storms during two of the four day stay we were forced to spend more time in the apartment than originally intended. This would not have been a problem as the balcony was covered and we could for some of the time still sit outside. However, unfortunately there was construction work going on in the apartment next to ours with drilling and banging going on starting well before 9.00 am while still in bed. This noise level unfortunately had a negative impact on our overall enjoyment of staying in the apartment and if we had been made aware of this we would not have booked to stay there.

Fijn appartement, rustige wijk, vriendelijke eigenaar, mooi weer, gezellige plaatsjes, Topvakantie!!
We hadden zelf gedacht dat het Gardameer iets minder ver lopen was, maar dat was wel ca 2 km. Het huis is niets op aan te merken, nieuw, heel comfortabel en ruim. De airco werkte goed, wat ons prima uitkwam, het was die week ca 35 gr.
De keuken was luxe met inductiekookplaat en grote koelkast met groot vriesvak. De keukenuitrusting was goed, maar een grote kookpan voor bijv. pasta en een paar plastic pollepels/spatels en een [soep]opscheplepel ontbrak[en]. We hebben ons wel prima gered.

Bellissimo !
La résidence et l'appartement de standing Les équipements de très grande qualité. L'emplacement dans une rue très calme. Le parking privé et sécurisé La proximité de la gare ( sans souci de bruit particulier ) pour visiter Milan , Venise, Vérone en train par exemple (5 minutes à pied) La proximité du centre historique ( 10 minutes à pied) Le gentillesse et la disponibilité des propriétaires Le village de Desenzano très charmant et animé. On recommande !
