Great building, great design of the unit, great location.

The bed is very hard to sleep on - only thing that needs an improvement.

Location is good. Reasonable price. Apartment is spacious.

The rental was made for my senior parents. Potentially the experience could be much better, but the rental started with very unpleasant situation. In short, the landlord neglects basic safety and does not monitor the condition of the furniture. In more details. My mother, who is even underweight by the way, after check-in, took a sit on a chair to connect to wi-fi. In a while chair's leg broke and my mother fell and hit her head. There was a little blood, a wound to place an ice on it. We didn't make any photos of an incident, only of a broken chair. So the owner didn't want to compensate anything. Fortunately the wound was not that severe, and mom didn't loos her consciousness. In addition to the neglecting of safety measure by the owner, there is a tall shallow wardrobe near the sofa, it is wobbly and not fastened to the wall. All that experience, the state of furniture, created a feeling of total unsafety.
