Generally clean, but apartment requires some renovation and deep cleaning.

This is not a hotel. It is an apartment building with several buildings in the complex. It took us a while to find the right entrance but it wasn't too bad. We managed. There is no reception desk and they leave you a key in a small box with an opening code. The apartment is spacious and cozy. The shower is good and there is also a small kitchenette with a fridge. The only thing that disappointed me was that the toilet seat was not clean. I was very surprised because the apartment seemed well-maintained and clean.
There is no signage at the entrance that directs you to the correct entrance. They need to be a little more careful about cleaning the restrooms.

Very good location (30 minutes on foot from airport), calm, newly equipped, there is everything you need including kitchen.
Lots of hair on the floor and bed. Only soap available, no shampoo.
