Luxury Apartments Mazza -Marco

We had a nice stay and would book this apartment again. The apartment is modern, beautifully designed, and feels brand new. The layout is fantastic, especially for a family of four. There was plenty of space to spread out, lots of storage for clothes and luggage, and having two bathrooms was a huge bonus. The kitchen was well equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine (in bathroom), and an excellent coffee machine. Beach towels were provided, which was a thoughtful touch, and every room had its own TV and air conditioning. Since we visited in July, the AC worked exceptionally well and kept the apartment cool and comfortable throughout our stay. The balcony was exactly as pictured and quickly became one of our favorite places to relax. It gets just the right amount of sun throughout the day, so you can comfortably sit outside almost any time without it becoming too hot. The host was responsive, helped us arrange a taxi, and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants, beaches, and things to do in the area. The location truly deserves special mention. The beautiful promenade is just steps away and is filled with wonderful restaurants, cafés, and shops. The beach is less than a 10-minute walk on a pleasant, easy route, and the water is crystal clear. Having a supermarket directly beneath the apartment was incredibly convenient for quick essentials. For larger grocery shopping, I recommend Tommy supermarket, which is about a five-minute walk away and also has an excellent bakery.

A few things to be aware of: the apartment is on the third floor with no elevator, so carrying luggage can be difficult if you have mobility issues or heavy bags. The only major downside was the Wi-Fi. While it worked reasonably well in the living room, the signal in the bedrooms was very weak and often unusable. Our teenagers struggled to stay connected and frequently had to use my mobile hotspot instead. If reliable Wi-Fi throughout the apartment is important to you, this is something to keep in mind. The only other negative wasn’t really the apartment itself but the common area directly outside the building near the supermarket entrance. There was frequently trash, spills, and general mess on the stairs and around the entrance. It’s unfortunate because it takes away from the appearance of what is otherwise a beautiful new building. Hopefully the building management addresses this, as it doesn’t reflect the quality of the apartment itself.

Am avut o experiență minunată! Apartamentul este superb, foarte spațios, impecabil de curat și amenajat cu mult bun gust. Priveliștea este spectaculoasă, iar locația este excelentă, aproape de tot ce ai nevoie. Bucătăria și apartamentul sunt complet utilate, având absolut tot ce este necesar pentru un sejur confortabil. Gazda a fost foarte amabilă, primitoare și disponibilă ori de câte ori am avut nevoie. Totul a fost perfect și ne-am simțit ca acasă. Recomand din toată inima acest apartament și cu siguranță am reveni!

Nu există lucru care să nu ne fi plăcut!

Beautiful apartment in a great area. The apartment was really comfortable and spacious for our family of four, with everything we needed. Everything is of high quality. The shaded balcony has great views and a lovely breeze. Great restaurants within a 5 minute walk and supermarket downstairs. Its a great base for exploring Dubrovnik - the Lapad area has lovely walks and beaches and the old town can be reached by a short uber ride. I would highly recommend this apartment.

L’appartement est proche de plage, dans un quartier calme. Vu sur la mer et sur la montagne. Appartement très propre et moderne. Équipement complet: sèche-cheveux, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, machine à café. Savons, papier toilette, produit vaisselle… tout est fourni. Le bus pour aller à la vieille ville est proche. C’est un excellent compromis entre les visites et la plage. C’est la première fois que je note l’établissement avec la note de 10. Aldona
