Very accessible

I like the property as it’s very clean and very convenient as they have a mall just next to it. Very quiet and security staffs were very friendly and helpful. The staffs that I chat with also very helpful and accommodating.

The bed is very uncomfortable, the pillows are so old and you can feel the lumpy of the pillow. Luckily there are 4 and 2 were ok. Upon check in the bedsheets and the pillow case were badly done as it’s crumpled and they didn’t do it properly as it someone just slept on it. Hair dryer spoilt, shower hose was leaking, drain choke as after shower you have a mini pool. I texted on 17 December and they came to check and took photos and videos of the leaking. Told me order hair dryer but not yet arrived. On 22 December I texted again asking if I can have a hair dryer and they came to fix everything that day. Bad follow up. I cleaned the apartment everyday as I want a clean home to stay for my 10 days. No housekeeping to come and change bedsheets as I need to bear with it for 10 days with the same bedsheets. Luckily I brought my own extra bedspread.
