It was cold at night particularly lounge and dining.

There is a need for a good sharp knife and a bread knife.
The BBQ cover needs replacing.

We loved the house, it was quiet, great views of the bay, comfortable beds, plenty if room for my large fanily.
Both upstairs bathrooms shower heads very leaky.
