No 10 Ard Na Mara

We enjoyed staying at 10 Ard Na Mara!  Wonderful large house, clean and comfortable.  Was great for our family of 5.

Spacious and clean. Great neighborhood

Some of my party really struggled to work the locks, some small things could have been more clear, for anyone not familiar with Europe, the range, the shower switch on the outside of the bathroom. Where to locate instructions in the home for operation of the items could have helped some.

The house is spacious and close to town. We were able to walk 10-15’ into town. The location is safe and quiet. The house is clean and the beds are comfortable. Peekaboo views of the bay from upstairs bedroom. Nice toaster and water kettle.

Supplies are limited - a trip to Supervalu for items like tea, bath soap, paper towels. Bring your own wash cloth and kitchen towel. Allow extra minutes to lock the front door as it is tricky to lock.

La casa è grande e adatta a una famiglia numerosa, noi eravamo in 3 quindi era fin troppo grande. La location è tranquilla.

La casa è umida e fredda, così come l'accoglienza, è un self check-in e check-out con nessuna presenza fisica. Nella casa le informazioni scarseggiano, es. nessuna istruzione per la lavatrice, nessuna indicazione per riscaldare la casa. La pulizia delle stoviglie è carente: aprendo il cassetto ho trovato un paio di posate sporche. Aprendo i cassetti alla ricerca di pentole e padelle mi sono imbattuta in manici appiccicosi e padelle dal fondo più che consumato. Capelli sui pavimenti. Da una settimana ho chiesto al proprietario di inviarmi la fattura per il mio soggiorno e ignora tranquillamente i miei messaggi whatsapp. Mi aspettavo di più da un alloggio pagato 610 Euro per due notti. E almeno una fattura per quello che ho pagato.
