Very clean and cozy

The garage remote didn’t work. More utensils like glasses and small bowls could have been more handy

Very clean and comfortable property, felt like home. The check in experience was smooth and there were no disturbances from neighboring apartments. The toilet/showers were spacious and well designed. Really liked the in apartment washing machine and drying facility.

The host kept insisting on sharing Credit Card details online for damage deposit purposes. Also threatened to cancel the booking if the details were not provided. This is malpractice. If they needed any damage deposit, they should arrange it with booking.com and not request Credit Card through app messaging.

Everything from cleanliness and presentation of the accommodation, location location location. . Communication between both parties was excellent and everything else that made our stay such a positive experience. This is our second stay at this accommodation and it was as good this time as it was last year.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Arrival was very well organized with good instruction how to get the keys from a lockbox. The digits on the lock were a bit difficult to read in the dark, but we managed. The apartment is very spacious and extremely well located. Everything of interest is within good walking distance: the Esplanada, the Acquarium, restaurants, shopping center. The apartment is well equipped. There is a swimming pool, which is fairly small (suited for one person at a time), but as it is not used a lot, this is not a problem. The hosts were quick with communication.
