Very clean and spacious. I liked that they had complementary water bottles. Also a nearby room with kettle, vending machine and coffee machine. Plus you could visit the grounds. Very beautiful.

It was difficult to find even with the detailed instructions.

The hallway echos loudly so when anyone passes in the hallway and talks or enters/exits a room, it disturbs/awakens others.

Location, quiet, price of course

I wanted to open the curtains to have more light. They were fixed shut.

Seminario offers you a clean and convenient accodamtion close to the city center with a free of charge and gated parking facility. It was a good starting point to explore Alba and surroundings. But it was not equipped very well and did not offer any special taste. Only good thing was that we could get a glimpse of the duomo from our room. We spent most of our time outdoors visiting nice little towns and the mercato mondiale tartufo bianco d'alba - therefore we did not care too much about the accomodation.

Rooms were not nice at all - felt like in a youth hostel. Breakfast was just disgusting (rather go to one of the bars in the city) and we felt we were not treated nicely in this place.
