The holiday home Kluntje is located on a narrow headland between the Schlei and the marina of the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz. In addition to three terraces and a direct view of the Schlei, the Kluntje holiday home impresses with its high-quality furnishings and modern, cosy interior, which invite you to enjoy an unforgettable dream holiday. The open-plan living/dining area on the ground floor of the holiday home Kluntje impresses with floor-to-ceiling windows, through which you can look directly onto the terrace and the Schlei beyond. A cosy seating area, wood-burning stove and dining table for six invite you to get together in front of the wood-burning stove, while holiday meals can be prepared in the open-plan kitchen. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired. Sailing ships can be observed through the living room's window front, while the terrace with beach chair offers fantastic sunsets. A shower room provides additional comfort on this level. Two bedrooms on the first floor offer space for four adults. The master bedroom has a fantastic view of the water as well as a terrace on the Schleis side, from which an external staircase leads to the large roof terrace. The second bedroom faces east and offers a view over the sailing and sports boat harbour of the Baltic Sea resort. Two further beds are available in the living room on a comfortable sofa bed. The fully equipped bathroom on the first floor with whirlpool bath, shower and Finnish sauna offers a very personal wellness oasis. The 25 m² roof terrace on the second floor, which offers an all-round water view of the Schlei, its estuary into the Baltic Sea and the resort's harbour, is another highlight. Two car parking spaces and an electric car charging station are available directly in front of the house. Our favourite spot: Waking up to a view of the Schlei in the master bedroom.
