Träumerei
The Träumerei holiday home, completed in 2016, is located in the middle of the idyllic Geltinger Bucht nature reserve and just 50 metres from the water. This holiday home sympathises with its natural surroundings and literally stands above it all. Three elevated living levels offer a magical view over the expanse of the nature reserve and Geltinger Bay. Whether newly in love, on a honeymoon, still in love or as a cosy nature experience with the whole family, this picturesque place with space for up to four people impresses not only with its location but also with its open-plan design, romantic furnishings and the very special bathtub.
An external staircase leads up to the house, to the large bankirai wood terrace floating above the ground with all-day sun and to the house's own fully fenced garden.
High ceilings and huge window fronts characterise the interior of the holiday home. While the open-plan kitchen on the first level offers all the amenities of high-quality equipment, a solid dining table by the cosy stove invites you to linger. The first level flows seamlessly into the open-plan living room on the second level. From here you can enjoy the view of the marina and the water.
The large and bright bathroom is a highlight. On the one hand, the glass rainforest shower offers a truly relaxing experience, while on the other, a bay window with a free-standing fairytale bathtub scores points. With a view of the Baltic Sea and the light of the chandelier, a bubble bath becomes an unforgettable holiday experience.
Both bedrooms on the third level also offer a picturesque view of the water and nature. And when night falls, you can count the stars in the sky. A cosy sofa bed is available for 2 more people.
A sensually fresh interior design, dreamy and playful, characterises the charm of this holiday home and makes dreaming something very special. While natural materials and clear surfaces provide the necessary calm, ornate decorations and floral patterns add charming, romantic accents.
The Träumerei holiday home is one half of the house.
