The 85 m² holiday home has been completely renovated, given a modern interpretation and offers space for up to 4 people. The terrace promises sun all day long and is furnished with solid wooden garden furniture - ideal for a barbecue evening. The spacious and stylishly furnished living and dining area of the BOOTSHAUS holiday home invites you to linger with a view of the terrace and garden, while an antique piano reminds you of sea shanties. On uncomfortable autumn/winter evenings, the underfloor heating throughout the basement provides cosy warmth. The bright kitchen, which is open to the staircase, is characterised by a special charm and leaves nothing to be desired thanks to its high-quality equipment. In addition to a large, bright bedroom on the ground floor, the second bedroom on the top floor offers a marvellous view of the starry sky. The Milky Way can be conquered from bed through a Velux window front that extends into the gables. A cosy sofa bed is available for 2 more people. The highlight of the BOOTSHAUS is the huge bathroom, also located in the attic, as the glass rainforest shower offers an unforgettable relaxation experience with a phenomenal view of the Baltic Sea. As a precaution, we would like to point out that there is another holiday home behind the semi-detached house as seen from the street.
