L'appartement est agréable mais un peu vieillissant, les espaces sont confortables. La terrasse est agréable avec vue sur la mer.
Il y aura une rénovation à effectuer pour rendre le logement plus moderne.

L'appartement est grand et bien équipé. Le lit de bonne qualité, la salle de bain très bien. La localisation rend accessible à pied le bord de mer en 15-20 min.
- à bien noter que l'appartement est situé d'une route passante, assez bruyante le matin. -malgré ce qui est dit dans l'annonce il n'y a pas de lave-linge ! - Le ménage doit être fait mais peu d'équipements à disposition pour le faire (pas d'aspirateur, ...)
