Villa Kalliste

L'emplacement extraordinaire. La vue est somptueuse. A gauche, les montagnes. A droite, la mer avec la tour génoise comme décor. Le petit village à 10 minutes à pied. La plage à 15 minutes à pied. Le top ! La piscine. Grande. Agréable. Avec, de nouveau une vue magnifique. Villa nr. 5 très spacieux mais tellement non fonctionnel. La grande terrasse de la villa nr. 5.

La vétusté de l'intérieur de la villa (nr. 5). Vieillot. Des murs décrépits. Décors nul ... L'équipement de la cuisine. Par exemple, trop peu de couverts et de verres à vin pour 2 repas, pas de louche, le grille-pain ne fonctionne pas, impossible de bloquer la porte du four, l'armoire à verres se reclape sans avoir le temps de prendre un verre, ... La minuscule douche (80x80cm). On ne peut même pas se baisser pour prendre son savon sans en ouvrir les portes. La climatisation se situe dans le salon. Pas dans la chambre ! Le sol extrêmement glissant de la douche de la piscine. Nous avons assisté tous les jours à des chutes. Dont une hospitalisation (bras cassé). Le propriétaire, averti, n'en strictement rien à faire. "Tout le monde est adulte" a t'il déclaré. Je pense que les propriétaires se contentent de récolter l'argent des locations (et des chambres d'hôtel) amortis depuis très longtemps sans faire d'investissement pourtant nécessaire. Ceci m'a été confirmé par des locaux de Porto. Dommage 🤕 Attention. Pour la Villa. Il faut savoir qu'il s'agit d'un bloc de 5 appartements. Dont certains dans climatisation. Je ne sais pas encore combien Booking va noter mes commentaires. Pour moi, un 7 serait bien.

We stayed on the first floor in the large 2 bedroom appartement with high ceiling, lots of windows and a lot of space. Also the terras is large and the view over the very calm Porto is magnificient. Every day beautiful sunset. All day on the terras is no problem because there is a suncap over the table on the terras. It was very clean, all you need is present in the kitchen, new pans and a lot of glasses , cutlery, plates. There is a washing machine and dishwasher. All was very clean. The bathroom is indeed old, but it was clean. The airconditioning worked perfect in the open kitchen and salon and inthe main bedroom. Unfortunately no aircondioning in the smaller bedroom, but with the doors open, it becomes quite fresh there as well. The swimming pool is very close, much closer for us than for the hotel guests and also there the view and calmness is breath taking. The beach is on walking distance and has a shower. We rented a little boot without permit for the 4 of us for the whole day and it is easy and great to visit the calanques. Very easy and relax check in and out.

No airco in the little bedroom (but you can leave door open) No wifi in the appartement, but no problem for us as we have a lot of allowance on 4G, but also 4G is not always that fluent in Porto.
