Cheap and cheerful but wiring needs to be fixed
Good location, walking distance from a large Carrefour and shops. Plenty of hot water. Good sofa.
Unsafe electrics!! Exposed annd loose electrical cables throughout the house. Mattresses make noise when you move. Broken window shutter in one room. No bin in bathroom.

Hogere verwachting, maar voldoende.
De badkamer is modern en luxe. De locatie is rustig en is goede uitvalsbasis voor de musea. En het is op loopafstand van grote supermarkt en paar winkels.
Interieur als op foto's, maar bank aan vervanging toe(rugleuning stuk), misten wat praktische dingen als deurmat binnen, kapstok, nachtkastjes en handdoekrek. Tuin had flinke snoei beurt nodig. Contact verhuurder was prima. Jammer dat hij alleen Frans kon. Al met al goed verblijf, maar verwachting door foto's was hoger.

Réveillon de la St Sylvestre
Très calme et plutôt bien situé, même si c'est plus loin de Ouistreham qu'indiqué. Il y a une grande surface juste à côté. Le rapport qualité prix est OK. On y a passé un très bon réveillon entre amis.
Finitions du logement sont loin d'être parfaite (prises, trous dans les murs, volets roulants pas tous fonctionnels, évier qui fuit,...). La literie est à revoir (matelas en cuvette) et la véranda est glaciale en hiver. En arrivant, le ménage n'etait pas finit et le logement a donc été dispo 2h après l'heure prévue
