Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, apartament jest duży i przestronny, blok wyposażony jest w windy także nie trzeba biegać po schodach to jest duży plus w pobliżu są sklepy i restauracje. Kontakt z właścicielem fantastyczny, zameldowanie i wymeldowanie bardzo sprawne.
Brak uchwytu w drzwiach pod prysznicem, utrudniony dostęp do ręczników podczas kąpieli pod prysznicem( w zła stronę otwierają się drzwi) brak patelni, brak otwieracza do butelek niby szczegóły, ale to nam troszkę przeszkadzał.

Garaż, bliskość dużego sklepu, metraż mieszkania
Na prześcieradle w sypialni widoczne były włosy. Właściciel uspokajał, że było prane. Na prośbę wymiany — odmówił. Jeśli ktoś lubi spać z obcym DNA to polecam. Brak patelni. Duży pokój ma okno na klatkę schodową, która w nocy rozświetla pokój, gdy sąsiedzi po niej chodzą, co znacząco utrudnia spanie.
