Lokalizacja ok, piękny widok, nad samym jeziorem. Czysto i wygodnie, dobre wyposażenie, cisza i spokój.
Brak dostępu do jeziora, wyłącznie prywatne pomosty, brzeg zarośnięty, brak plaży, częściowo rozjeżdżone błoto przez trwające od rana prace remontowe i budowlane, które zakłócały wypoczynek. Basen na terenie obiektu w trakcie oczyszczania, niedostępny i dodatkowo płatny.

Faptul ca numerele de inmatriculare din alte tari nu sunt recunoscute de camera de la poarta si la sosire si plecare depinzi se proprietar sa-ti deschida poarta printr-un apel care ii ceva mai dificil daca esti cu motocicleta. Locurile de parcare pt motocicleta sunt inexistente...trebuie cautat un loc cu beton pe langa cladiri unde sa nu incurci pe nimeni. Proprietatea are gard si poarta inchisa catre apa si trebuie ocolit prin afara proprietatii...inainte de poarta principala care este sus pe deal.

pokój z aneksem kuchennym, świetnie wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne do przygotowania jedzenia (garnki, zastawa, mikrofalówka, czajnik, toster), była nawet kawa i herbata. pokój czysty, przy pokoju taras z krzesłami z widokiem na jezioro. miejsce jako baza wypadkowa, w okolicy brak sklepu spożywczego do którego można szybko dojść spacerem. miejsce raczej typowo dla wędkarzy lub osób, które szukają ciszy.
