Great location and a beautiful spacious property. Very modern with great views over the city.
The property has floor to ceiling glass windows which is very attractive but totally impractical in very hot weather. There is only one small aircon unit in the main living room and this is totally inadequate to cool down the apartment. It was very hot weather but probably not unusual for the area and the indoor temperature was 36’C. Even after 2 hours with the aircon operational it only reduced it to 34’C. It would be impossible and unsafe to stay overnight so we moved to a local hotel at our own expense. The owner was unable to offer us a suitable air conditioned alternative. We raised the matter with the owner but were unable to obtain any form of refund or compensation.
