All tyneside flats are the same set up, so we knew exactly what to expect. The flat was clean and tidy and welcoming.

It is ground floor flat with a large bedroom at the front and a smaller bedroom at the back.
I live on a suburban through road with parking problems so I was struck how much parking there was and how quiet it was.
I could hear occasional muffled sounds from the flat above but it wasn't intrusive.
It was clean. It had everything you could think of even an eggcup which is something I've never seen in previous accomodation.
Fantastic value for the price. Just off a main road where there were buses towards the city centre.
It was a bit shabby.
I slept in the back bedroom for quietness but there was only laminate on the floor no carpet [there was carpet in the larger front room] and no bedside lamp

Very good price. Other than that wasn't much that we could say we really liked. Considering the price, you get what you pay for. It did the job we needed just for one night. Looked fairly presentable and had obviously been cleaned before our arrival.
Shower was broken. Very good shower but wouldn't clip up so had to hold it to shower. Dark mold like patches in the bathroom. Didn't get much on TV which was a little difficult to work. Oven took a few attempts to get working. Kitchen cupboard door was broken. Couldn't open the back door. Bed wasn't big enough for my partner he's quite tall so he ended up sleeping on the sofa. Generally could do with a bit of TLC.
