Large space. Private in the basement. Good wifi. Comfy bed.
It was a shared entrance with a family. I somehow wasn’t clear on this! And the owners didn’t speak English but they were vey kind and friendly, and we managed. A heads up would have helped with my initial confusion. The basement windows were small and made me a little uncomfortable in case of an emergency. There were no mugs or kettle for tea so I used the drip coffee machine to boil water.

Comfy bed, roomy space and bathroom.
The toilet was a little clogged. There were some spiders, a wasp and the place was not very clean.

Great quiet location on upper mid class street across from large park open sports fields beside wooded ravine area. Very quick access to routes across and into Toronto driving ( ON 404 or Younge St. And across ON 407 east/west). Access to GO train/busses: 5 minute drive to excellent pay parking@ 5 $ CDN.
.... be prepared to drive faster than your old "normal" unless you just came from Montreal !

Was a great deal for the price. Bed was comfortable and clean. Entry and exit was easy. Mark also was helpful and communicated in a timely manner.
Floors appeared to have not been vacuumed in a while and there were hairs all over. Toilet did not fully function, and shower has mold. Also outlets do not work on one wall, so fridge and microwave are not functioning.
