Our place is at the one of the best quiet and safe place in town. few steps walk to gym, trails, lacks, beautiful kids’ play ground,also it is within distance to Yonge Street, Upper Canada Mall, Newmarket Go Bus and VIVA terminal, all entertainment and necessities you may wish are within walking distance or few minutes drive. (Castco, Walmart , Shoppers, Restaurants etc.)
No parties or teens without parents

This walkout home includes 2 bedroom, your OWN 1.5 bathrooms ,bright living and dining area, walking closet, exclusive laundry and fully equipped kitchen with great view
This place has 2 comfort queen beds with great and high quality Mattress in master room, small library, dresser, 55” TV with internet, dining table set with four seats, Drinking soft water, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, washing machine,dryer, one space Free parking.
We live in upstairs with 2 kids and maybe FEW HOURS DURING DAY you hear us. If you are looking for space with absolute silence during a day, this might not be the best fit, BUT make sure NOT to be noise DURING NIGHT.
Guest access
((Except furnace room)) guest access the rest in the apartment , But Backyard walking ,swimming pool and hot tub, are not accessible and included for guest. There are 2 several trail less than a minute far from home that you can access with them

Please note that access to the backyard and swimming pool is restricted and not permitted during your stay.
One free parking space on the driveway is included. Additional parking is available for an extra charge; please contact us for more information.
No smoking and no pets allowed.
