There was a tiny bit of confusion on arrival as we didn't have the door code, but that was fixed very quickly by our attentive hosts. The superintendent did a fantastic job, and the space was absolutely perfect for our group of 11 adults. There is a well kitted out small kitchen, two clean bathrooms and toilets, with all the amenities. It's a super easy walk to the metro, affordable, friendly izakyaya just across the street, lots of nearby convenience stores. This isn't the fanciest part of town, but it's so affordable, convenient, and fairly quiet. We wish we'd booked here again instead of more expensive Kyoto for the last part of our trip

Все отлично - очень хорошее расположение, рядом офис kuroneko, станция Теннодзи, удобно перемещаться. Супер хозяева! Все отлично подготовили. Заселялись группой 14 человек, все удобно разместились. Есть кондиционеры везде, так что в душную погоду спать комфортно.

Пара человек жаловались на качества матрасов, но, думаю, скорее с непривычки - впервые спали на татами.

外の居酒屋で大騒ぎしている声が筒抜けでとてもうるさかった。スリッパに嘔吐物が付いていました。

とても広くて、設備も揃っていて快適でした。 周辺は夜も賑やかでしたが、私たちは気になりませんでした。 オーナーさんも親切で近くにいらっしゃるので安心。

入口がこの場所で良いのかと入る時、戸惑いました。 何か入口に宿名の印でもあれば。
