What a beautiful apartment! My family raved about the apartment (we were a party of six)! It is so spacious, beautiful and the location was great to walk pretty much everywhere! I will definitely book this apartment again if (when) I return to Florence. The hosts were able to accommodate our early check-in and met us at the door. I felt very safe in this location and apartment.
Hot water in the kitchen (probably a user error), we couldn't figure that part out. We did have hot water in the showers, so no real major complaints.
