Christian, the host, was excellent. Communication, recommendations, instruction were perfect. The apartment was modern, comfortable, spacious. Really good.
The pool is derelict although no pool was listed so not complaining. The property is also on a very steep hill and has no lift in the building so accessibility may be an issue

- the location is perfect, 5 min walk to the Los Cristianos beach, shops and restaurants nearby - the area is safe and quiet - there are free parking spots in front or near the apartment - the kitchen is fully equiped; there is a hair dryer, ironing machine, washing machine - the apartment was really clean, everything was in good shape - in the upper bedroom there is a mini ventilator (it can get hot upstairs) - the owner was so helpful, proactive, gave us a lot of recommendations

Posizione ottima a 5 minuti dal lungomare di Los Cristianos, appartamento nuovo bellissimo. Lavatrice nuova (per fortuna), macchinetta del caffè, cucina frigo balcone davvero un bell'appartamento. La "cameretta" con i letti singoli è piu bella di quella matrimoniale ed è un peccato.
Pulizia assolutamente scadente, abbiamo trovato le lenzuola sporche all'arrivo e per fortuna c'è una lavatrice nuova e abbiamo potuto lavare tutto. abbiamo trovato un calzino sotto il divano, pavimenti sporchi. Peccato perchè l'appartemento è davvero nuovo.
