La struttura è carina e minimale, cosa che ritengo un pregio. All’interno si trova anche un piccolo cucinino perfettamente utilizzabile. Apprezzato anche l’accortezza di lasciare il ventilatore accesso al momento dell’arrivo, visto anche il periodo molto caldo. Super comodo il parcheggio proprio sotto casa.
I servizi sono un po datati e con delle caratteristiche un pochino scadenti, vedi tavoletta del wc. Presterei più attenzione alle lenzuola un po rovinate, ma chiarisco, comunque pulite. Per i cuscini e copri cuscini vale lo stesso principio delle lenzuola

Sehr ruhige Lage des Hauses und somit der Ferienwohnung. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Zufahrt sehr gut.
Die Stadt Erstein ist 5,5 km entfernt und bietet die erforderlichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Gebäude mit Fahrstuhl.
Ich habe im Vorfeld meiner Reise in zwei e-mail´s je einen PIN-Code erhalten der nicht identisch war.
Am Tag meiner Reise nach Krafft, ich war bereits unterwegs, erhielt ich eine e-mail mit einem anderen PIN-Cod auf meinem
Computer. Diese Information erhielt ich nicht mehr. Am Zielort, vor der Wohnung, konnte ich telefonisch nachfragen und erhielt jetzt den aktuellen PIN-Cod.
Warum mußten es drei verschiedene PIN-Cod´s sein?
Die Sonnenblende auf dem Balkon war nicht funktionsfähig, defekt.

L'emplacement ainsi que la taille de l'appartement. La communication avec la propriétaire. La facilité pour garer la voiture. La décoration de l'appartement est jolie et chaleureuse.
Nous n'avons pas aimé la qualité des serviettes et des draps de lit qui donnaient un aspect d'être déjà usagé et sale. Nous avons senti notre peau gratter en dormant. Les draps de lit et les serviettes ne sont pas nettoyées entre chaque passage de clients ce qui est inacceptable au niveau de l'hygiène. Il n'y avait pas d'éponge propre pour nettoyer la vaisselle. La qualité des oreillers n'est pas bonne. Le radiateur fait beaucoup de bruit pendant la nuit ce qui empêche de dormir bien.
