Furnished 5-star holiday rental in Gerstheim just 18 km from Europa Park Rust, located between Strasbourg and Colmar and the Alsace wine route. The manor BANCALIS PRUYNE has been restored in November 2011 a rgîte was built in 2016 on the 2nd floor of 120 m2 for 4 people plus possibly an extra bed, the interior of a contemporary style will seduce you by its brightness and its very complete layout.
An entrance hall overlooking the living room dining area and open kitchen (induction hob, extractor fan, mini oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and a nespresso etc). A large living room equipped with a tv 140 cm and DVD player.On the upper level (3 steps) the night part 2 parental suites (2 x2 beds of 90 x200) with two bathroom and two toilets .Land laundry washing machine and dryer .Place of parking in the closed courtyard.
In the garden at your disposal heated spa, swing for the youngest and private terrace with (table chaise longue barbecue) all in a park of 7000m2 and fenced on the edge of the WEILL.
The cottage is available on request for short stays

After a stressful home search in Strasbourg, Monique & Pascal's gite in Gertsheim was the perfect place for a week of rest and relaxation.Very modern and clean. Also very close to local grocery stores, restaurants, and sights of Alsace.We had a wonderful (relaxing) time there, and would strongly recommend this location for anyone who is looking for a quiet trip to the Alsatian country side. Took 3 boys to Europa Park for a couple of days and this property was absolutely perfect for it! A quick half hour drive on lovely roads and even a swift car ferry on the way home - perfect apartment, so spacious and ideally furnished for a family. Nothing overlooked or not supplied. We will definitely be back when I have the energy for the rollercoasters again!

This is one of the best properties we have ever stayed in. The property was perfect for our family of 7. The property was spacious and very clean, it had everything we needed for a perfect stay. If you are looking for a place to stay in the area, this is the one. No complaints. Pascal and Monique were exceptional hosts and if we are ever in the area again we will be looking to stay here.

My wife was born near there just across the Rhine river. We made plans to have a gathering of family and friends so we could spread her ashes and then have a nice afternoon BBQ. This place has a large quiet and beautiful yard, which was perfect fir our small gathering. My children also enjoyed staying at a place out in the french countryside. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay for this special event.

It is a wonderful place for us, two families with 3 children, to stay during our one week vacation in Europa park. It is like staying in a small castle. The garden is huge, perfect for BBQ and some after dinner sports. We enjoyed having dinner near a beautiful pool of fish. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. The kitchen is well equipped and have everything we needed. We especially like the refrigerator with ice maker. It is like a life saver in heatwaves. The drive to europa park is about 30min, a bit long. But for the price and space you can enjoy, it worth the drive. Another benefit for us was that we could visit French supermarket for a change:)

Die Wohnung ist blitzte blank sauber, die Bettwäsche hat angenehm frisch gerochen, die komplette Atmosphäre ist einfach nur traumhaft! Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend, sehr aufmerksam und gastfreundlich. Es ist alles bis auf die Kleinigkeit vorhanden, Fön, Bügeleisen, Zucker, Spülmaschienentabs und frische Seife, alles da. Es gab als Begrüßung sogar eine Flasche Apfelsaft und Konfitüre vom Gastgeber. Das Geschirr was sehr sauber, auch für pingelige, sehr, sehr sauber. Wir waren schwer begeistert vom Whirlpool und dem großen Garten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Vielen Dank für das schöne Wochenende!!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön renoviert und gut ausgestattet, und die Gastgeber waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zwei der Schlafzimmer sind leider eher karg möbliert und fallen gegenüber dem wirklich großartigen Masterbedroom deutlich ab. Das Dorf Gerstheim hat seinen Charme während der zwei Tage, die wir in der Gite waren, gut vor uns verbergen können, aber die etwas weitere Umgebung ist sehr schön. Die Unterkunft ist als Standort für Ausflüge wunderbar geeignet und lässt einen auch Regentage gut überstehen.

Wir haben uns in der Gîte de Bancalis sehr wohlgefühlt. Ein wunderbares Haus, die Wohnung war groß, hervorragend ausgestattet, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Dazu die Möglichkeit, den großen Garten zu nutzen - mit der schönen Umgebung und der Nähe zu Straßburg eine der besten Ferienunterkünfte, die wir je gehabt haben. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation unkompliziert. Rundum zu empfehlen.
