Personal foarte binevoitor, curatenie peste tot, gradina exterioara frumos ingrijita.
Dotarile camerei sub-minimaliste, totul facut sa fie ieftin de la materiale si mobilier pana la executie si finisaje. Restaurant cu cateva meniuri fixe, mic dejun ca la caminele studentesti, meniu fix.
