Lovely peaceful location on the edge of the Yarmouth, within easy reach of facilities.
The property was very spacious for our family group of 8 people. One of the great facilities was the downstairs ensuite bedroom, which suited our elderly parents well. The open plan general living space was spacious, light and airy, and felt comfortable. The well equipped open plan kitchen was a great place to cook in. The main bedroom upstairs was very spacious, with the added bonus of a lovely balcony that overlooked the garden and the views to the rear of the house. The property was just a few minutes walk from Yarmouth, which is a lovely small picturesque coastal town. The lovely countryside behind the house was easily accessible via several paths and cycle trails very close by.
Unfortunately, the duvet on the bed was very thin and at times we were particularly cold at night due to the weather that we had during our stay. We were also disappointed that there wasn't any BBQ facility. The patio area would have been ideal for this and would help make good use of the garden.

Great property - Clean, modern, and in a great location
Very clean and modern property in a great location. Good size rooms, and a nice size garden. All amenities provided and fresh flowers, cake, milk, bread, butter, tea, and coffee were a great touch. 2 minute drive to the harbour and a 1 minute walk to the "Off the rails" café/restaurant, where you can also hire bikes. The owners (Keith) were great with communicating. Keith also took in our Tesco delivery, as our ferry was delayed from Lymington, and placed items in the fridge for us. The only thing I would say is that the beds were not that comfortable as i expected them to be. Other than that, I could not fault the property. Definitely recommend this property. Thank you, Keith.

Amazing stay .
It was an amazing stay. The property looks stunning, it’s very new you could even smell the painting. 5 bedrooms and 4 toilets, huge kitchen with living and big green garden. 5 minutes walk to marina . We came over with friends and family, had our kittens with us too. Will definitely come back .
