Spacious, good kitchen and dining facilities, good beds, extra bedding/sheets. Nice deck with gas grill. Lots for kids to do, including outdoor trampoline, toys, board games, nice TV screen. Quiet and relaxing.
Prior to arrival, owner was very communicative and upbeat.
Multiple dishes and utensils were not clean; some dishes chipped.
First floor bed's sheets were not fresh and were sandy.
I informed owner and he did not apologize; said I should notify him so he could remedy it. Huh?
No coffee despite a coffee maker; owner said no coffee is provided, but I don't expect to bring coffee with me.
Owner gave us a housekeeper phone number but she said last worked for owner 3 years ago and had asked to remove her phone. In the end, I was dissatisfied with owner's response, leaving a bad feeling despite an overall nice stay.

Beautiful clean home with lots of amenities, secluded but also close to a lot of attractions.
