Everything is great

This is my third time choosing KAYA. The room is at the top floor. So you can have the best view from outside of the window. The room is big and the kitchen is fully equipped. Train station is just 6 minutes away. Also close to the groceries stores. We’ll choose KAYA again.

Great apartment in a beautiful city

The apartment is great, has everything you need (except A/C on hot nights, but there are fans). The rooms are big, the kitchen is well equipped, and the location is very convenient.

Important to know it’s 5th floor with no elevator. So it’s quite a hike up. Was ok with teens, but not for everyone

Would want to stay there again

The unit is spacious, has complete facility, the door’s smart key is on the next level. The host is SUPER NICE, FRIENDLY and HELPFUL! Thank you Cher for welcoming us:)

It’s on the 5th floor and there weren’t any elevators for those who carry large baggages

A bit stressful

The apartment was well furnished. Easy to lock and unlock. Clear procedures. Good location.

They asked for a deposit (it is written in the rules of the apartment) which is the same amount of 1 night, thus doubling the rent for us. It took 2 weeks to have it back (probably a problem of the bank). The apartment was also cold because radiators were off. The cleaning lady arrived at 10 am sharp.

4 yetişkin 2 çocuk (14 ve 15 yaşlarında) için 2 günlük ev kiraladık. 2 çocuk için 1 tane koltuğa yatak hazırlamışlar ve yatağa ancak 7 yaşında 1 çocuk sığabilir. Çözüm olarak da bir çocuk enlemesine bir çocuk da uzunlamasına yatabilir gibi saçma bir fikir ilettiler. İlave yatak takımı koymuşlar biz evde yokken kirli bir çantanın içinde. ( Fotoğrafları mevcut istenirse gönderebilirim.) Hasar depozitosu olarak 250 Frank depozito aldılar ve çıkışımızın üzerinden 12 gün geçmesine rağmen halen iade etmediler.

Tamamen ücret odaklı bir tesis. Son dakikaya kadar depozito peşinde koştular. Konaklama bedelinin çok küçük bir miktarı kadar para için defalarca mail ve hatırlatma gönderildi. Yatırmamıza rağmen hatırlatmalar gelmeye devam etti ve girişte sorun olacağı hatırlatıldı. 4 kişi için 2 yatak vardı, çocuklar rahat etsin diye kanepe için çarşaf talep ettik. Günlük 50 İsviçre Frangı talep edildi. En son gün saat 10:00 da çıkış yapmazsak saatlik ücret yansıtılacağı mailini aldık..Küçük hesaplar çok rahatsız edici oldu.

Daire tertemiz, konaklama sırasında ihtiyacımızı karşılayacak her şey mevcuttu. Ev sahibi ilgiliydi.

Gündüzleri gezide olduğumuz için akşamları eve döndük. Akşam saatlerinde ev yeterince sıcak değildi. Ev sahibiyle sürekli iletişim kurduk ama problem çözülmedi. Çocuklarımız küçük olduğu için yanımızda getirdiğimiz daha kalın kıyafetleri giydirmek durumunda kaldık.
