The Space:

This apartment comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests.



The space is tastefully furnished, making it ideal for solo travelers, business trips, or family stays. The fully equipped kitchen features V-Zug appliances, including an oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, cooking utensils, and wine glasses.



You'll also find a dishwasher and an in-unit washing machine, a convenient feature rarely found in central Zurich (which is a rarity in Zurich, where most buildings only have communal laundry rooms in the basement).



Stay connected with 5G WIFI and enjoy entertainment on the smart TV. Additional amenities include a travel adapter, portable bluetooth speaker, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and fans in each bedroom for added comfort during the summer months.



For parking, outdoor spaces are available for rent nearby at CHF25 per day, subject to availability. A baby cot, sofa bed and airport transfer can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.



Guest Access:

You'll have full and private access to the entire apartment, including two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a balcony. The apartment is equipped with 5G WIFI, a smart TV, and a washing machine. For guests arriving early, we offer luggage storage in our basement for a small additional fee.

You’ll stay just moments away from the city center and enjoy trendy bars, excellent restaurants offering various cuisines, museums, and a vibrant nightlife — all within easy reach. Supermarkets, pharmacies, and bakeries are also conveniently accessible on foot.



Getting Around:

The apartment is ideally located for easy access to public transportation.



Bahnhofstrasse, renowned as one of the world's most exclusive shopping streets, is just a short 4-stop tram ride away. You'll find convenient access to both train and tram stations within walking distance, making it simple to explore Zurich and beyond. Paid parking is available off-site.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that this apartment is located on the European 1st Floor (1OG), which is one level above the street/ground floor (typically considered the 2nd floor by international/American standards). There is no elevator, so you will need to walk up the stairs.



Please also note that the apartment is situated in a prime location within one of Zurich’s trendiest neighborhoods, so some level of noise can be expected. If you are looking for a very quiet environment, this apartment may not be the best fit for you.



Strictly No Smoking: Smoking is completely prohibited inside the apartment and in all common areas of the building.



If you arrive early in Zurich, we also offer luggage storage in our basement storage facility (rented from the landlord) for the convenience of our guests. The storage fee is CHF25, and luggage can be stored until 17:00 so you can explore the city hands-free. We intentionally do not include this cost in the rental price, as we only charge guests who require the service. If you would like to use the storage facility, please contact us in advance so we can check availability.
