Excellent comfortable apartment close to station, restaurants cafes and shops.

We had an excellent overnight stay on our way from Innsbruck to Zermatt. We are an extended family of 4 adults (2 Grandparents, 2 Parents and 2 grandsons 6 and 9). The train station we arrived at is not that far away but with luggage for 6 people for 6 weeks better covered in a taxi. The property is a good sized with large rooms that are well furnished and very comfortable. The heating was excellent and the beds comfy. Plenty of windows so nice and light and with good views. The bathroom was a good size and excellent water pressure. The apartment is close to shops, cafes and restaurants. An excellent place for our stay.

The apartment is on the 5th floor as described in the information provided. If you are not good with stairs or have a lot of heavy luggage it could be a problem. But for most people this would not be and issue.

Good location, though it’s still a bit of a distance from the main train station. The place was clean and comfortable, and the host was very responsive.

The only downside is that there’s no lift, so it’s best suited for travelers with minimal luggage.

The location made it easy to get to everything.

It would have been nice to have one more upholstered piece of furniture in the living room. The key pad at the door was placed so high that it was not possible for one of our shorter travelers to reach it.

Pleasant stay

Location of the apartment and the size of the space within, were great. Staff accommodated our late check-out request. Good communication with staff at all times.

Bathtub would pool water when using the shower. Kitchen floor was sticky, there was no mop to give it a clean.

Nice host, big apartment with acceptable indoor conditions in Zurich

1. big apartment with sufficient facilities for family uses and daily life. 2. nice host who gave us a prelonged 1 hour before checkout.

1.relatively long distance from Zurich Central Station for those families who have large and mounts of luggages. 2.located in 4th floor in a traditional building without elevator made my family sufferred a lot lifting large luggages up to the hill. 3.buses were busy passing by right beneth one of the bedroom that made my poor sleep even worse during travel.

Spacious and clean apartment!

Space was very clean and spacious. Good size rooms too. And very central! We had a nice stay, and were able to use the kitchen to cook a few meals too.

The kitchen could use a few extra plates, cups, and bowls. We were cooking for a group of 5-6 and it not always had enough for pieces for everyone. Some wine glasses and bottle opener would be nice too, we had to borrow from the nice bartender from the bar below.
