We loved our stay at the Royale, we were a block from the Beach

1. Very friendly and communicative staff.
2. Great location within walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants.
3. Comfortable location within the property.

1. Cleanliness of unit...Upon check in, the kitchen countertop was super dusty. The microwave buttons were sticky. Bathroom mirror was dirty at the top. These were the only areas I noticed.
2. The bathroom sink drain was noticeably slow.
3. The louvre windows in the bedroom made it feel like we were sleeping outside because we could clearly hear conversations of people who were talking outside the unit.
