About this apartment rental
Location is everything with this property. Not only are you less than two minutes from the beach and a large swimming pool, you are also walking distance from restaurants and shops of every kind. This unit is away from the street and on the second floor thus, very quiet. You are provided with beach towels, chairs and toys. If you choose to dine in, the kitchen is fully equipped and ready for you to prepare for 4 people. The lanai is private and comfortable. When you decide to venture out you are minutes from the 'Shops at Wailea', a beautiful 2 story mall with many upscale stores. Golf courses are abundant, Maui Ocean Center Aquarium is nearby, and every water sport you can think of is available. If you are here in the 'high' season whale watching is a must do and if you don't want to go out on a boat all you have to do is walk across the street to view them! Gorgeous sunsets abound, aromatic trees are right outside your door and you will hear and see birds you've never seen before.

Comfortable place, great location close to everything you need easy to travel around the island from,easy parking, host very responsive, great shower.
One thing that would be handy is maybe a drying rack for the deck so that the many bathing suits could be hung out to dry.

Loved the central location of this property, very clean and stocked with everything you could want. Washer and dryer in the condo, beach goodies( tommy Bahama chairs, pool noodles, umbrella ,boogie boards) great kitchen and sitting areas. I am a bird watcher so being able to get up in the morning and look out on the lanai to the green belt and view of the mountains was great, lots of butterflies, and could even hear the geckos chirping at night.
We just left all the windows open so the breeze could come through, no need for the AC at all despite the hot days being low 80's. We love snorkeling and being able to pop over to Kam 2 with ease was fabulous, don't underestimate snorkeling here! The reef was more alive here than up at black rock.
I would definitely stay here again! Amazing vacation.

We have stayed at Kihei Kai Nani quite a few times. It is directly across the street from an excellent beach and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, & even the Kihei boat launch. This condo is very close to the pool which is one of the best in Kihei. The owner is very responsive, relaxed and easy to work with.

This property was awesome! Such a great location in Kihei- beach was literally across the street. Condo was clean, had everything you could possibly need for your stay. Nice that there was even beach towels/chairs/umbrella/cooler for beach days.
Highly recommend this property! Host was great with communication (check in instructions etc).
