We had a pleasant stay, and the location is fantastic—just a 2-minute walk to the beach. The apartment itself is spacious and well-situated. However, there were some issues that could be improved. The entrance near the elevator had an unpleasant odor, likely from trash stored behind closed doors by residents, which is outside the owner’s control. The cleanliness of the apartment left room for improvement; the toilet door wasn’t clean, and the dishes were not thoroughly washed. The bedroom had a noticeable scent, which might have been from previous tenants. It felt like we were the first “short-term”renters after a long-term occupant. Despite these challenges, we made the best of our stay and appreciated the convenience of the location. Compared to our experience last year in the same street, this one fell slightly short, but overall it was still enjoyable.
