Main bedroom - aircon not working well, no toilet paper, hot water not working
WhatsApp was the form of communication - instructing how to get to the flat. However, I was also asked to send RM200 as deposit (through bank transfer) and a copy of my passport/IC. This is not acceptable as this is not agreed on booking.com prior to booking and owner should not be asking for personal particulars. PDPA regulations and fear of scams.
