The location of the property is great and easily accesible as it is close to my favourite places in JB.
The property needs more proper maintenance for instance the sofa has sunk, two ofctge toilet sinks are wobbly, need repair.

Overall it was clean. Not too bad.
Left over food/stale in the microwave by previous customer.
Fortunately, the cleaner came soonest after we reached out to them. Appdeciate it much.
Would be good to change the room(s) door knob, as it doesnt close tightly.
