About this apartment rental
Come enjoy year-round outdoor activities at this one-of-a-kind peaceful resort-style North Long Trail House get-away. This unit is a vacation home for us and not just a rental. We rent it out during times when we are not using it ourselves.
In the winter, walk 300 steps through the Stratton Village to the main base area and shred the slopes all day on your skis or board while your car is parked away from the elements in the underground heated garage. Ski lockers are available to stow your skis or snowboards overnight. A wood cubby with plenty of hooks is provided in the condo unit to let your gear dry overnight.
In the summer and fall (Memorial Day through Columbus Day), tee up on one of New England's most scenic 27-hole Championship golf courses; only a 2-minute drive from the condo. Go riding in one of New England's best mountain bike parks at Stratton offering tracks for all abilities. Hike the local trails to hidden waterfalls and expansive vistas.
After a day of activities, relax on the custom sofa by the gas fireplace. Take in the mountain and pond views on the private covered balcony with full-sized poly Adirondack chairs. Sleep long with hypoallergenic down feather bedding and blackout curtains. Give your muscles a well-deserved rejuvenation with a soak in one of the 3 hot tubs or a visit to the newly renovated sauna. If you fancy a swim, relax in the heated pool kept at 80° all year.
Watch your favorite shows on Smart TVs in the bedroom and the living room. HDMI connectors are accessible to hook up your gaming consoles.
The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, pots and pans, plates, glasses, cups, bowls, coffee maker/filters, toaster, blender and a cork screw. Just in case you want to cook up a storm. Otherwise, the Stratton Village offers plenty of dining options all within walking distance.
If working remotely is required during your stay, high-speed and stable free WiFi and a desk are available. Convenient outlets and USB ports for charging are included with the alarm clock in each room, as well as by the desk.

The unit was super clean. Very well appointed. It was wonderful to be able to just walk across the street to the village and the base. We went in the fall and enjoyed hiking on the mountain. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay! Communication with the owner George, was exceptional! The place was beautiful and very clean! Detailed check-in information was provided as well places to visit around the area.

We stayed in this condo for a week and did not want to leave. The furniture was very comfortable.The kitchen had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time relaxing out on the balcony. Loved the view of the mountains and the fountain. The owner was very responsive and gave lots of helpful recommendations. We look forward to staying here again next year!
