The house has a beautiful veranda closed by sliding windows as well as a large terrace shaded by wisteria in front of the kitchen-dining room.

The charming village of Roquecor is 5km away, St Amans du Pech is 3km away and the small town of Montaigu de Quercy (all shops and services 10km away, there is a very nice leisure centre by the lake (swimming and water activities).
