This Lake Sammamish waterfront 2 bedroom apartment is the perfect escape to tranquility. The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, while the second bedroom includes a cozy sofa bed great for one adult or two children. The bathroom is equipped with excellent amenities, including a bidet, shower, and hair dryer. There is a chef's kitchen with new GE Cafe appliances. The apartment has well filtered (MERV 13) forced air heating/AC, gas fireplace, WiFi, washing & drying machines.
Use the paddle board or kayak to start the morning right or unwind after a long day. Bring your own boat and tie up on the dock. Spring and fall have amazing wildlife. Winter has you 40 miles away from snow skiing. You are less than 20 miles from downtown Seattle.
Within 500 feet are JoBo's Pizza Pub and Big Block Brewing's tasting room. You are less than 200 feet from the newly built 10 mile long paved East Lake Sammamish Trail.
Issaquah is 4 miles away with 50+ restaurants, live theater, a zoo, and other attractions. Within 10 miles you will find dozens of hiking trails (Issaquah Alps) and outstanding mountain biking (Duthie Hill and Tiger Mountain). Snoqualmie Falls and Snoqualmie Casino are about 15 miles away.

What a gorgeous place to stay! The location couldn’t be better, right along the eastern shore of Lake Sammamish. The unit is attached to a larger home, but it’s a separate residence/apartment, and the hosts live in the main residence so if you need anything they are right there. The place is beautifully decorated and wonderfully appointed, it appears to have been redone/remodeled very recently. Leo (the host) is wonderful - very friendly and accommodating. We loved staying here and can’t wait to stay again!
